..Dare to care. I’ve heard of A2 dairy before in marketing spiel, but I had no idea what sort of difference it made or why it was worth more money. I knew more about Hokkaido dairy than A2 (see The Coffee for more info.) According to the side of this can, the A2 dairy is better for people with dairy digestion problems. My wife is lactose intolerant, but I don’t think I’m going to test this on her.
I did go and ask, hard no. But she did some research into A2 dairy and apparently it works by removing the ‘A1 protein,’ one of the things that sparks reactions to dairy in lactose intolerant people. One of, notably, not all of them. So this milk is a bit more gut friendly to those with sensitive guts, but how does it taste to someone who can handle their dairy just fine?
Chunks. So many chunks! Thats two american coffees that cant get their preservatives down to save their lives! Awful! Maybe get a fresh one, like straight from the factory, and it’ll be a bit better. Seriously pouring it down the sink there were a couple dozen chunks in plenty of sizes.
