My first note is the shape of the can for this and the other Wonda coffee we’ll drink ins. Few days. It’s got three strips of trianglar geometry going across the circumfrance of the can. It’s fun! However when we picked these out at Ebisu they were all in a cooler and many of them were pretty crushed. I don’t think the shape of the can stands up to that sort of strain as well as others. They’re also way too small for the American can sized rails they were in, so that didn’t help.

Cutting right to the chase, bitter! The receipt for this one says it’s ’minimal sugar’ and I can see it. Sadly the nutrition labels that are tacked onto the side don’t give a number on sugar and added sugar content, so I can’t tell you how much or little is in this. But it’s bad enough to where I’d want to add some more. A lot more, actually, there’s hardly any. There’s also more milk than coffee in this can according to the hierarchy of the ingredients list (those are usually sorted by percentage by the way) but I can’t hardly taste it. There’s a milk aftertaste but when I’m drinking it not so much. Melody likes it though, but says that it’s not as flavorful a roast as BOSS so not as good.

An important note that I’ve left out so far, since the can with the cow on it I’ve been drinking and reviewing all of these at work, on my lunch break. I’m doing this because the coffee here is terrible. Even when it’s not burnt the coffee tastes like hell, there’s no real creamer either just nestle coffee mate and powdered creamer. The only good thing is the sugar packets but it’s very hard to mess up that. No matter how bad these coffees are it’s leagues better than the machine, leagues. Still, this one’s too bitter, if you like that then by all means get it. But also, why not get a real cup of coffee, since this isn’t an especially nice roast?
