I'd like to apologize for price discrepencies in this and the next two coffee reviews, I threw out the reciept for this trip to Asia all without even thinking of the rammifications and the effects on my career as a journalist. I hope you can forgive me.
Black coffee, my foot! I didn’t notice until after I left Asia Mall but this coffee contains 30% of my daily recommended sugar content. So, not really black coffee at all. It is, at least, just coffee and sugar (and sodium bicarbonate.) Yes, I went out and bought all of the black coffees available at Ebisu and Asia Mall. Sadly it was only two, and Ebisu had none. I swear I remember the selection for black coffee being greater than this, than just two choices.
Without the receipt I can’t really make a value judgement on this coffee, nor do I think it would matter. Gas station coffee is always cheaper and the coffee at work is free to me. Funny enough this can tastes a whole awful lot like the cheap coffee at work, just in a can. I’m sorry for this review being very bare bones, on top of the general ennui in my life I’m also getting over a nasty fever.
